The 'orange bar' looks normal in IE. But when I look at it in other browsers such as FireFox it doesn't show the bottom border? Whats up with this? Thanks.

I don't know if you're still working on this, but it looked the same to me between Firefox and IE7. What exactly are you trying to accomplish.

Iwould start again, your html is terrible. You are making no attempt to comply with ww3 xhtml standards, and are still using tables to create layout, I see nothing to create a bottom border for the orange bar, which actually comes across as more yellow, and the page appears identical in Firefox and IE6, apart from changing the element sizes..
